Gerald Moore Gallery is pleased to invite submissions to this year’s open call ‘A Slash of Blue. The title for this exhibition is taken from the first line of a poem of Emily Dickinson’s:

A slash of Blue –
A sweep of Gray –
Some scarlet patches on the way,
Compose an Evening Sky –
A little purple – slipped between –
Some Ruby Trousers hurried on …

Who is it for: This Open call is focused on painting and is for pre-existing works from artists based in London and the South East to be exhibited in March 2022.
