Zest Hall aims to bring together a group of talented artists from all around the world whose practices concentrates on minimalism. Launching on the 1st of August 2021, this show celebrates the development of minimalism as a form of expression in visual art throughout history, but also on design, architecture, music, performance. There are no restrictions in terms of mediums and materials and there is no specific theme, as long as the style is minimalist. The artworks submitted must express creativity, art skills, and a critical and analytical view of the chosen subject. Artists are invited to submit up to three artworks/projects (up to three images per work). The works must be accompanied by a rational, meaningful description in order to pass to the next stage of the selection process (please focus on the essence of the work - e.g. the relationship between materials, space, viewers and objects/colours and forms/ context - semnification).

Who is it for: Applications are welcome from individual artists, group of artists, art collectives, etc. (must be at least 18 years old). To maintain a high standard and an honest evaluation, the selection process is based on relevance to the theme, quality, application form completed correctly and artistic integrity. We intend to promote artists who demonstrate high potential and eminent creativity. We select artists from hundreds of submissions from all over the world, so please make sure you follow the instructions of the application form in order to be considered.
