I am a self-taught artist from Nova Scotia, Canada. Born and raised on the East coast, I enjoy making paintings that reflect local landscapes and wildlife. I work primarily in acrylics and I strive to achieve a realistic style as I develop as an artist.
To visually express the power of a creature, landscape or a feeling is my greatest privilege. Painting Canadian wildlife and landscapes began as a passionate hobby, and has become my profession.
Celebrating the life that surrounds us in this beautiful country is such a joy.My own transformation into living a creative life, and the inspiring, magnificent beauty I see in Canada’s wild spaces has moved me to change my focus and begin a wildlife collection.
My home in Nova Scotia was the perfect starting point for me, and I hope to expand across the nation and capture the diversity of our wildlife on canvas.
